The average list rental rate is $100 per thousand names. Some specialized lists may demand a higher fee.As list owner, you would receive this amount minus list brokerage and list management commissions.

By allowing Country Marketing to become your list manager and to aggressively promote your list, you could increase your net profit by as much as $.75 to $1.50 per name per year (the annual list rental income which our list owners are now enjoying). In 2001, one of our most successful files generated $2.20 for our list owner.

What could your company earn? Let’s use as an example of a list which generates 5,000 buyers per month. That could be translated into $60,000 in additional profit for your firm – without changing anything you do and with no expense or risk to you whatsoever.With 30,000 buyers a month, your list could generate as much as $250,000.

Country Marketing evaluates the marketing potential of your list, no matter how large or small it may be. If your list includes recent buyers and is updated regularly, it may be “hot” on our list of potential profit makers.

As manager and promoter of your list, Country Marketing would receive a 10 percent management commission every time your list is rented to a client. The broker involved would receive a 20 percent commission. Both these commissions are standard in the industry and deducted from the rental fee for your list. There are no costs to you directly. You would receive 70 percent of the rental fee.
